Return Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns within 100 days of delivery, following these guidelines:

  • 100-Day Satisfaction Promise:
    Items must be in good condition, undamaged, with all components, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

  • Restocking Fee:
    A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds, determined upon inspection of the returned item.

  • Warranty Claims & Faulty Devices:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process.
  2. Once the return is inspected and approved, you will receive a refund.
  3. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

One-Year Warranty

Our products come with a one-year warranty, covering up to two replacements for manufacturer defects or items that are non-functional upon arrival. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.


Order Cancellation Policy

Gift Returns & Third-Party Retailers

  • Gift Returns: Approved gift returns will be credited as merchandise credit.
  • Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please process exchanges and refunds through the original retailer.
