We want every customer to feel confident and supported on their wellness journey with CalmCarry. Please review our return policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 100 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item may be gently used, but must be clean, undamaged, and returned with all original components, including:

  • CalmCarry device

  • Charging cable

  • Instruction manual

  • Authenticity tag

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • If any components are missing or the product is returned dirty or damaged, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance items

  • Orders purchased using discount codes

These items are priced at or below cost and are final sale. This policy allows us to offer lower pricing while keeping our operations fair and sustainable for all customers.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for orders lost or damaged during transit  only replacements will be issued.

Return Shipping Location

All approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in Australia.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Faulty Devices & Warranty

Every CalmCarry device includes a 1-year warranty, covering up to two replacements for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items that arrive non-functional

This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Accidental drops or water exposure

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Once approved, receive a refund

  3. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead

Order Cancellations

As orders are processed immediately after purchase, we are unable to cancel orders once placed. We appreciate your understanding.

Gift Returns & Third-Party Purchases

  • Gift returns (if approved) will be issued as store credit

  • Purchases from third-party retailers must be returned or exchanged through the original seller
