I didnt realise how much of a difference having TOTAL BLACKOUT is on helping me get to sleep. The mask is super comfy and makes such a difference to improving the pace of my sleep onset. I love using it when I travel as well, help me not lose sleep (and therefore energy) when I am away form home.

I love this sleep mask. Ive used so many different masks over the years. Hands down this is my favourite. It completely blocks the light but doesn’t restrict my eyes.

I was using another sleeping mask before this beauty. Didn't realise how much the old one was complete rubbish compared to this! It's the fact that I can still open my eyes wide while the mask is on. I love this mask and I'm so glad I bought two! Go and get yourself one! I especially highly recommend this to nurses who work night shifts and sleep during the day. Complete blackout! I promise!
